Year-to-Date in 2017, luxury home sales in the Charleston MLS area represented 3.2% of total sales in the area. 530 luxury properties (over $1,000,000) sold out of a total of 16,323 through November 20th of 2017. Of these luxury properties, 475 of them were Single Family Homes and 55 were condominiums.
This is up from the same time last year when a total of 457 luxury properties sold in the entire Charleston metro area…404 of which were single family homes and 53 were condos….2.8% of the total number of sold properties.
