The Real Estate’s version of “Spring” is in the air…finally! It’s a little late this year thanks to Covid, but, finally here! This week in Coosaw Creek Country Club there have been 71 showings across the Active home price points of $300K to $700K. This is hopefully a sign of our economy starting to slowly pick back up after the complete shut down/lockdown since April 8th. We went for over 3 weeks with little-to-no showings in our neighborhood! It was a dismal, almost eerie, time. Homes were going on the market, 11 to be exact between April 8th and May 6th and, in this 4-week period there were only a total of 98 showings. We have had 71 in the past week alone!
